Tandoori Momos represent the beautiful fusion of Tibetan and North Indian cuisines. At United Punjab Eatery & Grill, we take traditional momos (Tibetan-style steamed dumplings) and give them a Punjabi twist by marinating them in our signature tandoori masala and cooking them in our clay tandoor oven.
The result is extraordinary – the outer wrapper gets a beautiful char and smoky flavor from the tandoor while the filling inside stays juicy and flavorful. Our tandoori momos are available with vegetarian or chicken fillings and are served with our spicy red chutney that perfectly complements the smoky flavors.
