Paneer Pakora is one of the most popular vegetarian appetizers in North Indian cuisine. At United Punjab Eatery & Grill, we use fresh, soft paneer (cottage cheese) that's cut into cubes and coated in a perfectly seasoned gram flour (besan) batter infused with ajwain (carom seeds), red chili powder, and other aromatic spices.
