Chicken Tikka is one of the most popular tandoori dishes in the world, and at United Punjab Eatery & Grill, we prepare it with authentic Punjabi techniques. We use boneless chicken pieces that are marinated for hours in a mixture of yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, and a carefully crafted blend of spices including Kashmiri red chili, garam masala, and dried fenugreek.
The marinated chicken is then threaded onto skewers and cooked in our extremely hot clay tandoor. The intense heat of the tandoor creates a beautiful char on the outside while keeping the inside incredibly juicy and tender. Served with mint chutney, sliced onions, and lemon wedges, our Chicken Tikka is perfect as an appetizer or main course.
